My Education Philosophy

My commitment to excellence is for myself as well as my students. I want children to enjoy learning and to look forward to lessons. Teaching is all about learning. I take a learner-centred, humanistic approach to maximize learning opportunities for all of my students. My job is to create a positive, stimulating learning environment that motivates and engages my students. To me, it is vital that students be challenged but also experience success. I feel that positive relationships between teachers and students are extremely important. I believe in setting high expectations, being flexible, and giving quality feedback and feed forward to help my students meet targets and achieve personal excellence.

我的教育理念是：我对卓越的追求不仅是为了我自己，也是为了我的学生。我希望孩子们享受学习，期待上课。教学就是学习。我采用以学生为中心的人本主义方法，最大限度地提供学习机会，帮助我的学生实现最好的学习效果。我的工作是创造一个积极、有刺激性的学习环境，激发我的学生的学习动力和兴趣。对我来说，重要的是让学生感受到挑战，同时也体验到成功的滋味。我认为教师和学生之间的良好关系非常重要。我相信设定高期望值、灵活教学，并提供高质量的反馈和前瞻性指导，帮助我的学生达到目标并实现个人卓越。
